Mr. Chang Koon Wah has been actively involved in the pile driving business for over 28 years and has vast experience in pilling and construction works. All the company leading by Mr. Chang is well versed and established in the building industry which as to date completed more than RM1 Billion worth of projects contract.

On expansion of business natural, Mr. Chang has ventured into manufacturing business running a Ready Mix Concrete Batching Plant and Reinforced Concrete Piles casting yard about 15 acres sited at Bukit Beruntung, Rawang. The product has proved that convenience and efficient in-house project and also ready to supply and distribute around in Malaysia.

Mr. Chang has also set-up a trading company in year 1990. The main proposed is to make sure all the building material for construction used in term of quantity, quality and cost saving is supply enough and delivery according to construction schedule, so that, to reduce the risk of late delivering of project.

In year 1996, Mr. Chang has begin to diversified and invested in property development. Through out the year, he has successfully launch project inclusive 70acres land total of RM100 million mixed development project at Semenyih, named Taman Perindustrian Sri Haneco. RM50 million 10 storey shopping complex project right in the heart of Klang Town named Klang City Square Shopping Complex and RM50 million 14 storey exclusive intelligent condominium project located at Happy Garden, Kuala Lumpur named Continental Heights Condominium and more.

Mr. Tan Eng Beng has partner with the Akisama of the companies since on 23 April 1997.

Prior to his appointment to the Board of the Company, he was a Managing Director of Regmas Construction Sdn Bhd during year 1994 to 1998, Managing Director of Masterfitters Construction Sdn bhd during year 1984 to 1986, Executive Director of Housing Associated Sdn Bhd during 1984 to 1986 and Managing Director of Insamaju Construction Sdn Bhd during year 1981 to 1984.

Mr. Tan Eng Beng has been actively involved in building management, project planning and development and has vast experience in building construction sectors for over 24 years. All the company leading by Mr. Tan is well versed and established in the property and building industry which as to date completed more than RM500 million worth of projects contract.
